Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them—whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
